1. Job Title: Global Account Manager

Report to: Sales and Marketing Director
Location: Hong Kong
 

Responsibilities/Job Roles
1. To manage pricing service and support the Global Account members in providing quality quotations from our factories in Asia for current and prospective global customers.
2. To organize and co-ordinate closely with each Group plant to meet customer product/service/delivery needs and expectation.
3. To follow up quotations from current and prospective global customers to convert the quotations into orders.
4. To develop existing Group world wide and transferring customer.
5. Working closely with the external sales force of the Company to provide best service to our customers and increase sales orders.
6. To handle any customer complaints with amicable solutions to maintain mutual benefits for both the Group and customers.
7. To meet and present to visiting global customers capabilities to the customers with well organized plant.
8. To be responsible for monthly sales reports from each Group plant facilities to meet our central reporting deadlines and consolidation of group sale report.
9. To plan and organize Global Account training courses to increase the capability and development of the Group Global Account teams. 

Qualifications

1. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
2. 3 years experience above in trading business, sales& marketing, industrial product selling and related industry.
3. Overseas education & working experience is preferable.
4. Professional team spirit is essential.
5. Willing to travel around China.


 2. Job Title: Instrument Engineer

Report To: Chief Engineer

Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities/Job Roles
1.Execute work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedures and Standards.
2.Review the project execution schedule developed by the Cost and Planning Department and to develop the detailed schedule for Instrument Engineering and/or Design activities if necessary.
3.Develop specification and prepare material requisitions for control systems, instruments, control valves and all other instruments. Issue material requisitions.
4.Review Vendors' quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor. 5.Hold co-ordination meetings and engineering review meetings with Vendors of major equipment as required.
6.Carry out the following functions relative to Vendor documentation: -Review document requirements and issue dates for major equipment with Vendors at the pre-order meeting. -Distribute Supplier documentation to the various Engineering and Drawing Office Groups and co-ordinate their comments. Prepare consolidated comments and return these to the Supplier. - Correspond with the Vendor on technical matters and ensure that action is taken where necessary.
7.Review relevant contract design work and in particular: -Engineering Flow Diagrams with reference to assigned equipment -Piping Layouts and Models with reference to assigned equipment
8. Advise the Principle Instrument Engineer of: -Any major slippages and their causes and proposed corrective action.
9.All policy matters, major technical problems and unresolved differences with other Groups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Control & Automation.
- 6 - 10 years design experience in petrochemical /chemical/ pharmaceutical or related industry
- Familiar with both International and National Codes & Standards
- Familiar with instrument calculation, type selection, specification and datasheet preparation
- Familiar with DCS, ESD, BMS, etc.Experience in In-tools is preferred
- For Manager Position, over 8 years related experience is must
- National Registered Engineer is plus
